Cancellations & Returns.
At Rainmani, we strive to process every order carefully and efficiently. As an online cosmetics store, the following terms apply to cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
An order may only be cancelled if it has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Returns of Cosmetic Products
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
Returns are only accepted if:
- the product is unopened and unused;
- the original seal remains intact;
- the return request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Rainmani within 48 hours of delivery via email and include clear photos of both the product and packaging.
In such cases, we will offer an appropriate solution, including:
- a replacement product;
- a refund;
- or store credit.
4. Refunds
Once returned products have been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 14 working days using the original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- opened or used cosmetic products;
- products without original packaging;
- items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
