Q&A Manager – Rainmani

Rainmani is a growing cosmetics brand with a strong focus on quality, transparency, and customer trust. We are looking for a Q&A Manager who will be responsible for managing all product-related questions and answers regarding our formulations, ingredients, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Q&A content (website, customer support, marketplaces)
  
• Ensure accurate, consistent, and science-based responses
  
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer support teams
  
• Identify recurring questions and opportunities for improvement

Your Profile

• Experience in cosmetics, skincare, or regulatory affairs is a plus
  
• Excellent written communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
  
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality and responsibility
